About KRYSTA

I ran for an hour every day for years. I was always sore and often hungry, yet I still didn't see the results I wanted. After I experienced a traumatic event, I decided to focus on taking care of myself physically. I figured out the secret to how to obtain the results I wanted while exercising less and eating more. Through the process of taking care of my body, my emotional trauma began to heal. It seemed too good to be true! So good in fact, I wouldn't have believed it without experiencing it. I decided I wanted to help others do the same thing.


As a certified professional trainer, nutritionist, and women's counsellor, I help people strengthen their mindset while strengthening their body. I use proven, scientific strategies to help you lose fat, build strength, reduce injuries, and improve your energy levels, all while building emotional resilience.
